Operator Service Reminder

The Service Reminder Setup tab allows users to configure service reminders by customer type and service branch. Service reminders can be configured to be completed by VOX using a predefined script as necessary. These reminders can be organized by customer type and service branch.

Customer Type

The Customer Type tab allows users to configure customer types and their respective service reminders.

Users can interact with the Customer Type table via the available toolbar options. These options are defined below.

AddAllows users to create a new customer type to notify on. More information on adding customers can be found below.
EditAllows users to update existing customers as necessary.
DeleteRemoves the selected customer from the table.
ReloadRefreshes the table to display up-to-date information.

Add

Selecting Add from the toolbar will display the Add Service Schedule Reminder Type dialog box.

Perform the following steps to add a new reminder to the table.

  1. Input the customer category the system will report on into the Customer Type field.
    • Users can select the magnifying glass icon to search for and select a customer type.
  2. Input a brief explanation of the customer into the Description field.
  3. If applicable, select the Voice Call option if you would like VOX to contact the customer.
    • If deselected, the assigned customer type will not be contacted by VOX for service reminders.
  4. Select Save to complete creating the customer notification.

Repeat the above steps as necessary to add customer types to the table.

Service Branch

The Service Branch tab allows users to configure service branches and their respective service reminders.

Users can interact with the Service Reminder Setup table via the available toolbar options. These options are defined below.

Perform the following steps to add a new reminder to the table.

  1. Input the branch category the system will report on into the Branch ID field.
    • Users can select the magnifying glass icon to search for and select a branch.
  2. If applicable, update the name assigned to the select branch within the Branch Name field.
  3. If applicable, select the Voice Call option if you would like VOX to contact customers assigned to the branch.
    • If deselected, the assigned branch customers will not be contacted by VOX for service reminders.
  4. Select Save to complete creating the branch notification.

Repeat the above steps as necessary to add branch types to the table.
