Dealer Resolution Code
The Resolution Code tab is used to specify which resolution codes are applicable to accounts under the dealer. If there are no resolution codes added to this table, accounts under this dealer will have all resolution codes available to them.

Users can interact with the Resolution Code table via the available toolbar options. These options and their functions are defined below.
Option | Function |
---|---|
Add | Allows users to define resolution code parameters. More information on adding resolution code settings can be found below. |
Delete | Removes the selected resolution code settings from the table. |
Reload | Refreshes the table to display up-to-date information. |
Selecting the Add option from the toolbar will open the Add Alarm Resolution Code dialog box.
Select the applicable resolution code you would like to assign to the dealer from the drop-down. Select Save to apply the resolution code to the table.
When logging an alarm on an account under this dealer, the resolution codes input in Dealer Maintenance will be available in Monitoring.
