Quantum Operator Introduction
The Outbound Quantum Operator page allows users to configure automated outbound operator settings (commonly referred to as OBV or VOX throughout the documentation). This documentation outlines the available options users have access to when configuring the behavior of OBV throughout the system.
Users will have access to several tabs that allow them to configure specific Quantum Operator settings. Each tab is briefly defined below.

Alarms | Displays any pending outbound quantum operator calls. See the Alarms tab documentation for more information on displayed pending calls. |
Alarms on Hold | Displays all alarms currently within the hold queue in monitoring. See the Alarms on Hold tab documentation for instructions on viewing on hold information. |
Limit Voice Calls By Res Code | Displays service ticket status codes and their Notify Via Voice status. Users can update the code status as necessary. See the Limit Voice Calls tab documentation for instructions on viewing service ticket information. |
Menu Entry | Displays the available VOX menus users can assign to scripts. See the Menu Entry documentation for instructions on how to manage menus. |
Mult Sig (Zone) | Displays how multiple signals received within the same zone are handled by OBV. Users can configure how OBV handles duplicate signals received within a shared zone via this tab.See the Mult Sig tab documentation for instructions on how to configure OBV handling parameters. |
Mult Sig (Type) | Displays how multiple signals of the same type are handled by OBC. Users can configure how OBV handles duplicate signals of a specified type via this tab. See the Mult Sig tab documentation for instructions on how to configure OBV duplicate signal parameters. |
QO Alarms on Hold | Displays all signals placed into the Hold queue by operator VOX. See the QO Alarms on Hold tab documentation for instructions on how to view VOX hold signals. |
Schedules | Allows users to manage schedules assigned to various OBV settings found throughout Matrix. See the Quantum Operator Schedules documentation for more information on configuring OBV schedules. |
Scripts | Allows users to create and manage scripts the automated operator uses when contacting account contacts. See the Operator Scripts documentation for instructions on managing scripts. |
Search/Replace | Displays the information users have identified that VOX should replace with alternate information when reading scripts. See the Search/Replace tab documentation for instructions on how to replace information. |
Service Reminder Setup | Displays the customers configured to receive service reminders from VOX. See the Service Reminder documentation for instructions on how to configure service reminders. |
Setup | Allows users to update general outbound settings. See the Operator Setup documentation for instructions on how to configure the outbound quantum operator. |
Status | Displays ongoing and pending outbound calls. The information displayed here is read-only for reference purposes only. See the Status tab documentation for more information on viewing statuses. |
Status Color Setup | Allows users to configure pending alarm coloring depending on how long the alarm has been in pending. See the Status Color Setup tab documentation for instructions on how to configure color coding. |
Types | Allows users to manage the handling of specific alarm types. See the Operator Types documentation for information on how to manage operator alarm categories. |
