Matrix Aware Dashboard

Matrix Aware Dashboard is used as a status monitor to display how many and what type of alarm signals have been going through the system. Users can customize their Matrix Aware Dashboard via the Tab Setup page located in Matrix. See the Tab Setup documentation for more information on customizing available Matrix tabs.

Pending Alarms

The Pending Alarms section displays any alarms in the Pending section of Monitoring.

Inbound Alarm Engine

The type of alarms that pass through will be displayed in a table with the total number of times each alarm passed through, the maximum and average wait time, how many of each signal are currently in the queue, and the wait time for the current signal. If the average wait time is above one minute, the data point will be colored red.

Operator Status

The operators and the alarm they are currently handling will be displayed in a table with the total time spent on the alarm.

Not Receiving

Shows all operators and their current status, such as Lunch, Meeting, Break, and Not In Receiving.

Day Stats

Operators along with various daily statistics (Work Time, Work Percentage, Events Handled, etc.) will be displayed in a grid. If the work percentage is 10% or more below the most efficient operator, the data point will be colored red.

Signals

The Signals chart displays the traffic/time of the signals starting from when someone first logs into this page.

Service Level

The Service Level graph displays how long a person had to wait before an operator answered. Each different percentage is marked with a specific color that correlates with the Alarm Processing Section. Percentages can be hovered over to see the detailed statistics.

Operators

The Operators chart displays how many operators are currently logged in to the system and their overall status.

Down Processes

Displays processes that have failed and, depending on the process, the action operators should take.

On Hold

Displays alarms currently sitting in the On Hold queue in Monitoring.
