The type of alarms that pass through will be displayed in a table with the total number of times each alarm passed through, the maximum and average wait time, how many of each signal are currently in the queue, and the wait time for the current signal. If the average wait time is above one minute, the data point will be colored red.
The operators and the alarm they are currently handling will be displayed in a table with the total time spent on the alarm.
Shows all operators and their current status, such as Lunch, Meeting, Break, and Not In Receiving.
Operators along with various daily statistics (Work Time, Work Percentage, Events Handled, etc.) will be displayed in a grid. If the work percentage is 10% or more below the most efficient operator, the data point will be colored red.
The Signals chart displays the traffic/time of the signals starting from when someone first logs into this page.
The Service Level graph displays how long a person had to wait before an operator answered. Each different percentage is marked with a specific color that correlates with the Alarm Processing Section. Percentages can be hovered over to see the detailed statistics.
The Operators chart displays how many operators are currently logged into the system and their overall status.
Displays processes that have failed and, depending on the process, the action operators should take.
