Panel Maintenance

The Panel Maintenance page within Matrix allows users to create and manage alarm panel types. Alarm panels are assigned to subscriber/dealer accounts within the system so users know what type of panel is installed on the client’s premises. Alarm panels are what subscriber customers use to arm and disarm their alarm system. The following documentation instructs users on how to utilize the available maintenance options to create, update, and manage alarm panel types.
